As Vice President of Communications at Eaze Technologies (2018-present) Elizabeth leads corporate communications and media relations for one of the world’s largest legal cannabis marketplaces, navigating the shifting complexities and controversies of this emerging market.
Previously, as Senior Director for Global Communications at Activision Blizzard (NASDAQ: ATVI) (2015-2017), Elizabeth led strategy and media relations for the company’s successful launch of its groundbreaking film/television, consumer products, and esports divisions.
Between 2006 – 2015, Elizabeth spent seven years at the highest levels of California state government, where she served as then-Attorney General Kamala Harris’ Chief of Staff, Governor Jerry Brown’s Chief Deputy Press Secretary, and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Chief Deputy for Cabinet and Communications.
From 2009 – 2011 Elizabeth wasbased in London, counseling Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 businesses as Chief of Staff at the international financial PR firm Brunswick Group.
She is the 2018 Recipient of Public Relations Society of America Los Angeles award for Best Crisis Communications Campaign (Rocklin Academy: Deescalating a Crisis in collaboration with Fiona Hutton & Associates).
Elizabeth serves as Vice President of California Women Lead's board and is an appointed member of the California Highway Patrol's Task Force on Impaired driving. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in comparative religion from UCLA and a Master’s degree in international public policy from Columbia University.
